Thank you for choosing a custom azulejo tile made by us!
Custom orders begin with a €18 deposit, which is deducted from your total (it is not an additional charge). Once we receive your deposit:
- Our team of artists creates 2 to 3 design options for you to choose from or comment on, within 3 to 5 business days.
- Once you select your favorite, we send the invoice for the remaining balance.
- As soon as payment is received, your tile goes into production.
- Production, through to the cooling stage, takes 5 to 7 days.
- Before shipping, we send you a photograph of your finished tile!
