Custom Tile Deposit

Thank you for choosing a custom azulejo tile made by us!

Custom orders begin with a €10 deposit, which is deducted from your total (it is not an additional charge). Once we receive your deposit:

1. Our team of artists creates 2 to 3 design options for you to choose from or comment on, within 3 to 5 business days.
2. Once you select your favorite, we send the invoice for the remaining balance.
3. As soon as payment is received, your tile goes into production.
4. Production, through to the cooling stage, takes 5 to 7 days.
5. Before shipping, we send you a photograph of your finished tile!
