Yes. A clear, well-lit photo is all we need. If you're not sure your photo will work, send it and we'll tell you before you order.
Can you include my pet's name or a short message?

Yes. Names, nicknames, dates, or a short phrase can all be worked into the design.
Do you make memorial tiles for pets who have passed?

Yes. This is one of our most requested custom pieces. We'll work with you to create a tasteful, lasting tribute, and there's no rush on timing.
Can you do more than one pet on the same tile?

Yes. We can combine multiple pets into one design or create a matching set, one tile per pet.
Will I see the design before it's made?

Always. Every order includes a digital proof, and production doesn't start until you approve it.
Are the tiles functional or decorative?

They're decorative keepsakes, designed for display, gifting, and home décor.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Cost and timing depend on destination and order size, and we'll confirm both in your quote.
What's your return policy on custom tiles?

Because each tile is made specifically for you, orders are final sale once design or production begins. The proof stage exists so there are no surprises.

A €10 deposit is collected on submission to begin your design process. This is credited toward your final order total and confirms your place in our production queue. You'll receive a digital proof for approval before anything is made. No tile goes into production without your sign-off.
