Camino Yellow Arrow

The yellow arrow is the first sign every pilgrim learns to look for. Painted on walls, trees and stones along every route, it points the way to Santiago de Compostela.

The arrows are a recent idea. Elías Valiña, the parish priest of O Cebreiro, began painting them in 1984.

This tile gives it a bold brushed yellow on deep cobalt blue, with no border and nothing else competing with it. It suits a walker who has finished their Camino, or anyone who wants a simple reminder to keep going.
